Registration for the on-site meeting in Paris
Important
Once you are registered to the IACH 2026 Meeting, please note that you agree to receive promotional material and updates regarding the meeting.
On-site registration
IACH via CME Congresses Ltd reserves the right to photograph and/or record a (online or on-site) meeting and participants to the meeting, including registered participants, and to use such photographs and videos (in whole or in part) on their website, intranet or on any other (social) media referring to the meeting or IACH for the purpose of any internal or external communication. By actively taking part in a meeting, the registered participant gives consent to such uses.
Participants eligible for reduced registration fees are required to upload a document confirming their status.
Registration fees include:
- Registration for the on-site meeting in Paris includes access to all on-site sessions, all online and on-demand content, breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks (all as scheduled officially in the program), invitation to the Welcome Reception, all printed material of the meeting and certificate of attendance.
No additional registration is required for the online meeting, as it is already included in the on-site registration. - Registration for the online meeting includes access to all live-streamed sessions (being broadcast live from Paris), as well as all on-demand content.
A certificate of attendance will be available following the meeting for a fee of € 15.
Payment
Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by bank transfer.
Payment by bank transfer – all transaction fees should be paid by the registrant.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked up until July 1st, 2026 – 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee and bank charges)
Postmarked from July 2nd, 2026 – 50% refund
No refund on cancellations sent after September 16th, 2026
Liability
The Meeting Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, sickness, and cancellations by any party, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the Annual Meeting of the International Academy for Clinical Hematology (IACH). Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
